Airports Council International (ACI) World has selected Halifax Stanfield International Airport as Host for its inaugural Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Forum and Client Excellence Global Summit, to be held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada Sept. 9-13, 2018.
“ACI is thrilled that Halifax Stanfield will probably be the first to sponsor the inaugural Client Assignment Global Summit,” explained Angela Gittens, director general, ACI World. “They’ve proven themselves dedicated to constant improvement of the consumer experience in the airport, utilizing the feedback they get from their clients through the ASQ programme for a management instrument. This ACI seminar will combine the standard numerous ASQ Forums held throughout the year to one global yearly ASQ Forum and Summit, providing the sector with a much needed platform to swap best-practice and lessons learned on providing the airport client experience, challenges and trends, and also how ever-evolving technology impacts customer experience management. After Summit and the one-day Forum will be open to ASQ those airports who want information about this ASQ programme in addition to subscribers.
